time for renewal/girls weekend

I took some time over this past weekend to focus on myself and slow down. no computer, no ipad, and no telephone calls.

I’ve never done anything like this before, so did not know what to expect.

These three ladies hosted a memorable event that took you on a journey through Italy (guided meditation) complete with a wellness sound experience, vegan lunch (to die for!), and a wellness activity (participants made their own infused olive oil).

I walked away from the event feeling refreshed, relaxed and in high spirits.

I spent the night at Salisbury house in one of their three guest rooms.

i enjoyed time with my cousins michele & Chrissy, michele’s husband and their four adorable pups.

Sunday morning, michele, Chrissy and I ventured off to ocean city, md for brunch at Spain wine bar https://www.spainwinebar.com

Servings are tapas. We shared 20 of the items on their menu!! Everything was absolutely delicious!! it was a great way to spend time with my cousins and just catch up and enjoy each other's company.

I highly recommend going if you are in the area (I will definitely be going back). Reservations are needed.
